Mắm kho quẹt served with burnt rice- Literal translation is Spread or scratch Stewed Fish sauce – we use the burnt rice to scrape up the sauce. It’s one of my favorite dish as a kid it’s only on rare occasions we get to eat it. It’s in one of the chapters. On a mission to visit Ophanages in Vietnam
