Simple dishes worth trying - Gỏi Tôm Cơm Tây Cầm

I stopped by a local Vietnamese restaurant in San Jose today. I wanted something simple and refreshing so I ordered the shrimp cabbage salad and rice in a clay pot.

 

Gỏi Tôm and Cơm Tây Cầm.

 

The flavors were simple and fresh. I was a little surprised by how tasty it was. Sometimes Vietnamese food can get too over spiced.
